Adamas Corporate Solutions, a leading
Australian provider of Community Care software and creator of TRACCS Community
Care software have agreed to distribute eziTracker™ homecare monitoring (hm)
across Australia and other potential international markets. Creating a seamless process for busy Homecare
administrators is one of the key benefits of the TRACCS and eziTracker hm
alliance. The collection of carer
attendance times at the client sites via eziTracker hm is delivered in real
time to TRACCS, enabling administrators to make instant decisions about their
rosters and costing. The implementation
of eziTracker hm benefits customers by reducing cost, eliminating manual
timesheets and data entry, enabling users to verify in real time where the
carers are, together with improved Health & Safety.
eziTracker™ homecare monitoring (hm) is a real time
care monitoring service that integrates with homecare client and payroll
systems, providing real-time information seamlessly for busy
administrators. Business managers receive
the information immediately identifying when and where individual carers are
actually working. Care workers simply
dial a free-phone number, and enter their personal identity number when they
arrive and again when they leave the clients home. The care workers attendance duration is
calculated. Other data can be captured,
such as travel or service details. Voice
messaging and an alerts service also add greater communication between
management and employees.
