26 03/08/2006 Gillian Larsen  Tried to complete ONI - Tab 2 pension card details. It will either not let her enter a number at all. Then if she goes out and back in she may enter one number but no more. Another user has entered pension card number in same field on her client with no worries. See Attachment 1 Escalated to Adamas 03/08/06 Sorry - I have no reports from anywhere in australia similar to this and cannot replicate the issue. It sounds suspiciously like a keyboard or local technical issue. Can you look further into this at a local level. This is not information at present for me to attempt any trouble shooting or resolution Further investigation required locally  
28 03/08/2006 Gillian Larsen  I have attached screen dump of error messages while trying to enter carer information. ONI TAB 7.  If they add new carer it creates a new unique code - creates carers with only basic information.  If they choose from list - the list is of existing carers - not reciprients. Therefore if the carer is already on TRACCS as a reciprent we create another record for same person with a different code. If we try to use the existing code it will give error message.  There will be quite a few duplications happening. I have informed everyone not to add any carer information. Escalated to Adamas 03/08/06  Tim - is this related to the type i.e. recipient, carer, recipient/carer? Yes - you either add them as a new carer on the fly if they do not exist or else select them from the list - however they will not appear in the list unless they are either a carer or carer/recipient Business process to be created locally
